    My former insurance agent, John Ritter either retired or passed away and Mr. Nasr was assigned to me. I've never talked to the man. His wife/assistant is the only one I've dealt with on the phone. She was very condescending and I had a terrible time understanding her through her thick accent. Communication is really key and it just wasn't clear. The emails I've sent to him asking about my coverages for my policy were met with, "contact Allstate, I'm not an underwriter". Any time I needed any answers, I was given a number to call. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. I asked him via email, what use are you beyond collecting a percentage of my policy? No response. I am changing agents. I strongly advise against having him as an agent. He has been nothing but USELESS.

    My insurance monthly plan increased by double the amount. I was paying $117 monthly and increased to $240. I cancelled the insurance before my next monthly payment and they charged an additional $41. I tried reaching out to Mr. Nasaar and received no response or email to discuss these charges or to negotiate a new plan. It was quite shameful to receive such service and to try to reach out to the owner and the company to resolve this concern. I do not suggest Allstate. What a shame... please do your research and shop around before committing to this agency. Don't make the same mistake.
