- DPDamaris PelayoFeb 17, 20261.0Worst experience with this office. Unable to reach them directly, a lot of running around, staff is not friendly. After having two policies with them they never updated my information and no one takes responsibility for the errors or offers to resolve the issue. I would not recommend using this agents office.

I cancelled the insurance before my next monthly payment and they charged an additional $41. I tried reaching out to Mr. Nasaar and received no response or email to discuss these charges or to negotiate a new plan. It was quite shameful to receive such service and to try to reach out to the owner and the company to resolve this concern. I do not suggest Allstate. What a shame... please do your research and shop around before committing to this agency. Don't make the same mistake.
