- AAAllaApr 10, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with FCT during my mortgage renewal. I provided my original marriage certificate, and they are now unable to confirm where it is. No clear explanation, no accountability, and no urgency in resolving the issue - despite this being a sensitive legal document. This creates unnecessary stress and privacy risk. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

- DWDuncan WellerJan 18, 20241.0Seeing as 1 star is as low as I can go, I'll start there. FCT is hands down the least organised company I have ever dealt with. They were in charge of arranging a lawyer to complete the deal for my mortgage renewal. They told me 3 different dates for appointments, none of which materialized. I even got my shift at work covered after I was told I had an appointment which never happened. I ended up taking the situation into my own hands and found out that when you tell them how to do their job, things work out a lot better. Their lack of organization cost me over $2000 in interest due to delays and I'm certain I'll never see any of that back. The first question I'll ask upon renewing my mortgage will be "do FCT have anything to do with this deal?". If so, I'll go elsewhere. I will add, once the appointment happened, the mobile agent assigned to our deal was very pleasant, showed up on time and did his job very well.

This happened to us even when they had over 2 weeks to process our document. Worst experience ever! Don’t forget to ask your new mortgage provider if they use FCT.
