Needed to transfer my policy from VA to CA. With out, a headache and hassle Mr. Rance from Ms. Elizabeth’s office was really helpful. Made the transfer smooth and fast. Very professional phone etiquette, and knowledgeable with State Farm’s products. I have been a customer since 2013, and his customer service makes me feel safe with State Farm.
