About a year and a half ago, I was in the final hours of purchasing a condo in Shell Beach and couldn’t find an insurance company willing to write a policy. - SKShawn KNov 21, 20201.0I had called in to cancel my policies and spoke with Alex, a new employee at the time. I instructed Alex to cancel my policy and they refused to. I explained that I would not be making any further payments to them or their company again. Reason for cancellation was because I found out that they had the same full coverage (as on my vehicle which I have financed) on my other 2 vehicles which the combined total value is less than $10k and driven less than 2k miles a year! Now they are saying I owe them from the time that I had cancelled to now, being almost a year that I stopped paying and told them to cancel my policies.
