- SSSonya SanduskyMay 13, 20221.0Yesterday I sought the assistance from my agents office and spoke with Gloria Torres yesterday regarding many issues and not receiving return phone calls from my claims adjuster Anna Christina. I expressed my frustration and disdain over the incompetence from and continued being told something, providing what was requested only to be told misinformation had been given to me. She then repeatedly reprimanded me and told me she wasn’t going to connect my call someone in claims. I emailed her more information today, in which she merely responded she was waiting on claims department to respond to her. I just spoke with claims dept and was told she never forwarded the information and the claims person we spoke with yesterday did not put in ant notes from our call Beyond conniving and will loose my business over this.
