  As an escrow officer for 41 years, I connect with Insurance companies on a regular basis, for every transaction. This particular insurance office was definitely one of the rudest and least accommodating I have interacted with. They have been unresponsive, to the point that a request for an Evidence of Insurance for their client's refinance had to be sent 5 times from my office and once by the loan broker over a period of 10 days. Eventually the loan funding was missed. Not one person I spoke to, from the first conversation when I was requesting their email address to the last conversation when i was hung up on for the 2nd time, ever speak without being rude.

  Joseph Luithly has been our Allstate agent for many years (auto and home) and he has always found a way to accommodate our needs even when a situation seemed impossible. We couldn't be happier than to recommend this agency to others.

  Everytime I call the agency I am greeted by a very enthusiastic voice. When I hang up I am certain my reason for calling has been taken care of. The staff is top notch but I want to give a HUGE kudo to Kerri. This lady always makes me smile when I talk with her and I am always confident that I am getting 1000% satisfaction when I’m done. Hey Joseph please give her a (gentle) clap on the back for her personality, expertise and commitment to my satisfaction. You got us as lifetime customers, oh sure it’s Allstate and we are in good hands, it much more than the coverage though, it is the people who make sure that we are getting the proper coverage we are paying for. Thank You all!!!
