- HBHeather BotelhoFeb 9, 20261.0We’ve found Allstate, in general, to be unresponsive during moments when support is most needed. In the middle of an accident—or the aftermath—getting help should not add to the stress, yet it’s nearly impossible to get a live person. The experience becomes a frustrating loop of being directed back to the app over and over again. Unfortunately, this has become something I almost expect from large companies. What truly drove this low rating, however, is the experience with David Rosales and his office. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone—ever. Emails either go unanswered or receive responses that lack even a basic level of empathy or partnership. Despite multiple requests, David himself never once got involved or reached out. This office feels like nothing more than a pass-through between the customer and Allstate when it comes time to pay a policy. As for added value, service, or advocacy on behalf of the customer—there was none. There also seemed to be little interest in providing any.
