  If I could give 0 stars. I had a policy with them for 3 months. Then, I got a registered letter saying they were canceling my policy. Because I didn't disclose to them, that I had a ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign. I did disclose to them that I got a ticket, and I thought I was before the 3 years. So then when I agreed that? Yes, I hadn't had a ticket in 3 years. I honestly was telling the truth. I called them when I received my letter to be pretty much told. I was a liar, and that they would go through the phone calls and come back to me. And they said, yes, I had mentioned my ticket, but it when I asked if I had a ticket in the last three years. I said no, that voided my policy and it would be canceled in fifteen days after speaking to them off. And on 2 or 3 days, waiting 3 or 4 hours on the phone. To receive a new letter in the mail, a couple days later dated. After my cancellation letter saying that they adjusted my policy and it went up a hundred and ninety dollars, thinking that, oh okay, they realized their mistake and gave me my policy back. So when I called in to find out if it was true, they said, no, that was my policy. Was still canceled and to ignore that letter. I said, but the letter was sent after I received my policy. Cancelation letter, which was dated the twenty second. And this was dated for the twenty fourth. I'm glad you if we do what you're asking us to. So once again, get disrespected and told, we'll ignore that letter. Sorry, we were just kidding. Your policies still canceled. It's funny how a simple mistake can cost you. So much money cause they also charged me for cancelation fee. Even though they canceled it not me, I don't think I should be out the $89. I think that this company has no care or concern for their clients. And that you would get a better treatment. Somewhere else, the disrespect, here was a total slap in the face

  If you want to save your money, time and nerves, stay far away from AMA. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Their quotes mean very little, the final prices can be completely different and it feels like every possible fee gets squeezed out of you along the way. What looked like a reasonable deal turned into a frustrating, overpriced mess. Customer service was no help, the explanations were vague, and I was left feeling like I had to fight just to get straight answers. I would never deal with AMA again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

  Absolutely fumming after waiting 4.5 hours on ***** hold like are you serious, just to be told this years insurances is gonna go up 2100$ and I have no issues or nothing, lmfao what a joke bye bye ama worst customer service ever, never dealt with so much disrespect and bs in my life I can not believe how garbage they were. Sorry for the rant but man you guys are terrible see ya later ✌️

  I sat on the phone for over a hour and got disconnected. I had a simple question about my policy and no one should be on hold for over a hour to a company they pay money too.

  I have called AMA multiple times and im always on hold for hours and never get in touch with anyone, the only way I ever get to talk to someone is when I call the front desk and then I talk to someone right away.
