  Decent rates, ABYSMAL customer service. They clearly do not have enough staff to handle the client load. I should not have to sit on the phone for HOURS just to talk to someone. My time is more valuable than that. Even less acceptable is going down to the office, waiting for almost and hour, and then being told that I can go home and someone will call me back. I never received a phone call. I even sent a message through my account on the website the next day. Still, nobody phoned me back. In the future I'll be taking my business to a local insurance company who provides better customer service.

  I have nothing against the people that work at this location, but it is consistently and grossly understaffed for registries. An absolute nightmare every time, but my last visit was exceptionally horrible.

  Ive never really had a huge problem with them insurance wise but you have to sit inside the building or on the phone for at least 4 hrs it seems to get any kind of service so I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have all day to do any little insurance tasks well on hold I got quotes and talked to 4 other insurance company's before I have even gotten off of hold with them for cheaper then what they charge

  I was searching for insurance quotes and this was by far the worst experience. I called on multiple occasions and was on hold for over two hours each time, they had the most red tape out of any company, and gave the worst costumer service out of any company. Save your time and don't bother getting a quote.
