- RTReading TigerMay 12, 20262.0Even with the most high tier membership they offer you still wait for 1-2 hours or more to speak with someone just to make a change. I have see their reply due to government blah blah blah, you’re a business, hire more people then! My phone is gonna die as it’s been 1 hour already and have not spoken to anyone. Just make it so we can add or cancel vehicles if you can’t hire enough people so I can do it myself!

- CHChelsea HenkeApr 23, 20261.0I've been a member for many years and our recent experience to make some policy changes was awful. Several hours on hold and no one ever answers the phone. It tells you on the recording you can make in person or phone appointments as a member, but what it doesn't tell you is that those appointments are booking almost two months out depending when you are able to get in. I also experienced the call just dropping 40 minutes in on two occasions. AMA was always more than other insurers, but the service was amazing and reliable. Not any more. I used to recommend them to everyone, but I can no longer make that same recommendation. Given the lack of customer service we switched insurers, which took a fraction of the time that I spent trying to just reach someone at AMA.
