  These guys drop the ball and cause unnecessary delays. Stay away from using these guys whenopening a moetgage, refinancing or renewing your mortgage. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  I had to make a claim through title insurance and it has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company in my life!! No joke they will drop contract for months unless you harass them for updates. I have never had to wait so long for a claim to be processed…….. it’s currently been months with no end in sight.

  AVOID AT ALL COST. Our broker booked us with FCT for our refinance signing, and we had our closing date today. The documents we signed stated that the proceeds would be advanced today November 22nd, and now FCT told our broker it would take 24-48hrs to process the rest? Our mortgage received the payout today but we didn’t get the proceed on the same day. This is a high alert warning. Do not use FCT. This is our first time using FCT and heard about them because of our broker, and will never ever recommend them to anyone.
