  AVOID AT ALL COST. Our broker booked us with FCT for our refinance signing, and we had our closing date today. The documents we signed stated that the proceeds would be advanced today November 22nd, and now FCT told our broker it would take 24-48hrs to process the rest? Our mortgage received the payout today but we didn’t get the proceed on the same day. This is a high alert warning. Do not use FCT. This is our first time using FCT and heard about them because of our broker, and will never ever recommend them to anyone.

  Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with FCT. We arranged to sign the papers two weeks before my previous mortgage expired. FCT made a few errors on their paperwork and noticed only two days before my previous mortgage would expire, which led to us going month-to-month with the previous lenders. This led us to about 800.00 in extra charges. FCT would only cover about 141.00 of those charges, even though it was their errors. Everyone makes mistakes, but I think it's more than reasonable that FCT pay the extra costs as it was their errors. I would not recommend going with FCT for this reason.
