  Worst company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, take forever for a response or with a claim. Just another corporate company running all over the people that actually need them. Terrible and disgusting.

  They are just patethic. They have no consideration for any of the debtors and cannot judge a single proposal on merits. Every bank who has given their accounts to FCT for insolvency work should reconsider their options.

  These guys drop the ball and cause unnecessary delays. Stay away from using these guys whenopening a moetgage, refinancing or renewing your mortgage. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  I had to make a claim through title insurance and it has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company in my life!! No joke they will drop contract for months unless you harass them for updates. I have never had to wait so long for a claim to be processed…….. it’s currently been months with no end in sight.

  I'm actually exhausted with the level of incompetence this company is. So far it has been 10 months (and counting) since FCT made their mistakes on my title and it probably won’t even get fixed before my property’s sale goes through. A mistake they didn’t even bother to disclose they made. And they didn’t even attempt to fix this until it was called upon them. This company is incompetent. Get your own lawyer to handle titles. If your mortgage broker defaults to use FCT and they don’t provide an alternative, find another broker.
