  The people here are fine, the company itself absolutely not worth your time or money. Been canceled for non-payment twice because they provided incorrect or incomplete information and the only time I can reach someone there is when I'm working, now I have to pay several thousand just to insure one vehicle because they can just slap you with non-payment with no recourse. Got a letter saying to pay them X to renew my policy and if I didn't it'd simply expire, decided not to since I wasn't going to need to drive anywhere in the short term, then they terminated my policy for non-payment because I didn't want to renew. Can't even pay the owing balance because the online account number they provided is invalid. Even when they admitted they screwed up, they didn't remove the non-payment condition and I'm stuck with them as the only provider that will give me a month-month service. Try anywhere else, not a matter of if, but when they'll screw you over.

  Probably called 5 times today. Online isn’t accepting my membership number and I’ve had my call dropped 3 times I’d be waiting on hold and it just gets disconnected. After waiting 4.5 hours I finally get through and they apparently can’t hear me… I call again waiting 1.5 hours apparently cant hear me and hang up… wait on hold with Belair and it goes through in 20 minutes and they can hear me so it wasn’t my phone! My guess is the phone service provides just drop calls and pretend to not hear you… to get through the line

  Called AMA to get a quote for car insurance. Heard the usual "we are experiencing unprecedented demand and are using every available resource" message which these days is a standard message. During hold the voice said why not book a phone appointment so I logged into my account and chose a representative to book a car insurance quote. The message said in person appointment only and I could find no where on the website to book phone appointment. In summary I never did get an insurance quote, and will take my business elsewhere. I am also seriously wondering why I even waste my money with an AMA membership that I never use so I think it is time to cancel this waste of money from a business that has no idea about customer service. By the way Intact Insurance answered immediately and I will go with them for my car insurance. AMA just not worth your time unless you have plenty to waste.
