  I had such a great experience with Stacey at AMA Registry. I was there with my husband, and we had several documents that needed to be corrected because of a name change. Stacey was incredibly patient, respectful, and helpful with both of us. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done without making us feel rushed. Her customer service was truly excellent, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel very easy. I really appreciate the way she treated us and the effort she put into helping us. Because of Stacey, I would honestly come back to this registry again even if another location was closer. She is the kind of person who makes customers want to return. Thank you so much, Stacey!

  I had a wonderful experience with Stacey at AMA Registry. We had quite a bit of documentation that needed to be corrected and updated because of a name change, and the process could have been stressful. Stacey was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us understand what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was completed properly. I really appreciated the way she interacted with us and how willing she was to help. Her patience and excellent customer service made a big difference.   Honestly, getting my auto insurance through Ceejay was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. He didn’t just give me a quote and leave me to figure things out—he actually took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything in a way that made sense. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the help, Ceejay. Definitely someone I’d recommend if you want good service without the usual insurance headache.

  Worst service that I have come across. Have to wait 2 weeks for even a response from an agent and when you get a response, "you are welcome to use another agent". Huh? I guess you can start picking your customers, great job peeps. A bar is definitely set.
