- MBMark BrennanJul 28, 20261.0Tried to switch and give AMA my business, jumped through all their hoops except for a Claims Experience Letter. Phoned Intact Insurance to get it and they won't send it. Phoned to complain with Insurance regulatory whatever with the agent "helping me" and her manager both standing there listening on speaker when we're told .. They they are NOT obligated to send one. 80% of the questions in order to get the insurance are based on trust of what they are told and yet when I tell them I've never had a home claim that's not good enough. They would rather I spent hours on hold on the phone complaining to everyone who'll listen and hope someone takes pity on me and sends the letter, rather then simply seeing I've made every effort and giving me their buisness.
