  I was helped by Jayne Arguelles and she was amazing. So very helpful and kind. After speaking with her asa first time AMA auto customer I plan on bringing all my other services to AMA. She made me feel much more confident with the coverage and that they actually care.

  I would give 0 star is possible. - at time of issuing insurance everything is online and fast - they charged 2 months up front with no reason - after 1 month I put a request to cancel my policy and oh boy. Nothing is online. You have to call. - wait time for call 85 minutes and had to try 3 times before success. - But hey, it is 2 days in new pay cycle and now they are asking for the full payment. - and hey no more smiling anymore. Treating you like criminals and constant mails warning about contacting collection companies. 29 days of insurance costed me almost 900$ so far (yes, they sell you AMA membership to lower your premium by 40%). And at the end it ends up being 10$ per month reduction over 250$ premium. I am not sure what got into me to give them a try. But hey, learned a great deal in this process. FYI got back to TD and got both my cars with 2 drivers insured with 2 drivers per car for 10$ cheaper than AMA policy for single car single driver.

  Visiting the new AMA service at Westbrook was a great surprise, beautiful and very confortable. Then having Eduardo Ramos Pulido as an adviser couldn’t be better! He has the skills, knowledge and expertise to help you and in addition in our first language so we can ask every question we may have. For the renewal, he was as kind and available as the first time. Highly reccomemded!!
