  I've spoken to numerous different agents at this location in regards to my payments constantly increasing. Each agent I've spoken with determined that I was in fact being overcharged (each one came up with a different number discrepancy). When I was given the option to file an internal billing investigation and I said I wished to proceed, I was hung up on and received no follow up. They will scam you. They will avoid your calls. Do yourself a favor and go with any other agency, this one is not trustworthy at all.

  I am a 76 year old man and have had home and auto insurance all my adult life. I recently switched to Allstate from another insurance company and the reason can be summed up in two words, Ron Ayala. Ron had been my agent with my previous company and his expertise, service and availability was ALWAYS exemplary!! I didn't realize he had switched to Allstate until I was notified by the previous company that my agent had changed. The difference an agent can make was not immediately apparent to me. But over the next few months it was obvious Mr. Ayala's knowledge, commitment and dedication to his customers was on a level that far exceeded anything I had been provided in the past. I am so grateful to finally once again be partnered with Ron Ayala as my agent for my home and auto insurance needs. Further words cannot do justice to the satisfaction and happiness I have with both Allstate and Ron Ayala as my agent.....

  Amazing service. I was helped by Ronnie Ayala for my insurance and the customer service and professionalism was 10/10. I couldent be happier and will not go anywhere else. Thank you RONNIE!

  I would not recommend this agent to my worst enemy. Wendy has not provided me with good costumer service since she took over this office. I have been a costumer for over 20 years with Allstate. I would like a different agent but I guess I am stuck with her until I renew my policies again. ZERO stars
