- DZdesiree zamoraOct 15, 20251.0I've spoken to numerous different agents at this location in regards to my payments constantly increasing. Each agent I've spoken with determined that I was in fact being overcharged (each one came up with a different number discrepancy). When I was given the option to file an internal billing investigation and I said I wished to proceed, I was hung up on and received no follow up. They will scam you. They will avoid your calls. Do yourself a favor and go with any other agency, this one is not trustworthy at all.
