    Melissa was able to assist me with a premium question. She had the information in front of her and we answered my right away. Melissa also is helped me update the information on my home. I really enjoy my being able to talk with a person without having to go through a menu. Anytime that I have called the person answering was able to assist me.

    I had been putting off shopping for new insurance coverages for years. It's always such a hassle. Well, it was before this year, anyway. I initially contacted Katie because I know her. She was really helpful in guiding me regarding the information they would need to start new quotes for my home, auto and umbrella policies. Because of our relationship she continued to act as a point of contact (sort of), even after she turned me over to Amy to actually quote my policies. I really put Amy through her paces in asking for policy quotes. By the time I decided on the coverages I wanted, Amy prepared no fewer than seven (and possibly more) different combinations of coverage levels on the various policies for me. Both of these ladies exhibited, exemplary levels of professionalism and courtesy. They made my new-policy-shopping (almost) painless!
