  Sharliene has been our insurance agent for quite a while now and she and her team have always been extremely helpful with everything we have ever needed. You can't really put a price on peace of mind when having an insurance issue and her office will definitely not disappoint in the customer service department!

  The time had come for me to a seek another insurance provider for my two vehicles, following many years with another company and one without the personable touch and benefits of a local agent. Since I have been a party to a Home Owners policy with Allstate Insurance and Susan Farrell as the agent, I contacted Susan and following her Q&A with review, I had several options with quotes posted to my inbox, as we continued our phone conversation regarding my thoughts and a comfortable time to be taken for my review. Given the professional, knowledgable and personable presentation by Susan, my decision was made quite easily, and before noon the next day a new policy was in hand, and I was in receipt of my identification cards for each vehicle. Needless to say impressive is the superlative, and I'm more than satisfied to expand my relationship with Allstate Insurance, as well the personable connection to a local agent. Thanx. William L.   Today I was checking with my agent, Susan, about my home insurance renewal. And she was amazing. With her experience and professionalism, all my concerns and questions were answered. Her manner was welcoming, patient and thorough. From my very first visit as a new client with Allstate, I have experienced continuous excellence service. Oh yes, with excellent agents like Susan and Allstate, I did feel I was ‘..in good hands’ but also a little lighter in my shoes. Lol.

  recent home ,auto, and umbrella policies for renewal. I had several questions. Ms. Tripp's office called back quickly and Susan patiently answered all questions and had several ideas that were more economical in bringing policies up to a more custom fit for me. J Many Thanks, John
