- FCFunctional Van ConversionSep 16, 20251.0Just sold a house in Tucson and my experience with Maria Ventimiglia makes me wonder why or how she is still in business. I contacted Maria to inform her that I had sold the house and to cancel my policy, she was rude, unprofessional, and didn't allow me to explain myself before abruptly hanging up on me. I followed up several times to try to let them know where my new address is so I can have my premium refunded. Never recieved any communication after my initial email 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, an All State agent from Las Vegas is helping me, but has informed me that my refund check will be sitting in limbo for 90 days because no one at All State knows where the check was sent. FYI my name is Cassidy and it was regarding property located at Camino De Santa Valera. I spoke with you Maria, still shocked by my experience.

I don't have any tickets or accidents. She said it was due to fatalities, however I didn't cause them. I decided to change auto insurance so she increased my Homeowners policy just shy of $500 without my consent. I wouldn't recommend her agency.
