I find out when my next bill comes with a different agents name, called and asked what was happening and was told Mahoney retired. I told the person I was talking to that I didn't think it was right to not even receive an email saying that my agent was retiring. So much for being in good hands and feeling like a valued customer. A year later and I have still not talked to the new agent. Enough, I changed agents!
