No solo me ayudaron a reducir mis gastos mensuales, sino que también se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme cada detalle de mi póliza. Tener a alguien que habla español, marcó una gran diferencia. Brian me explico todo con claridad, respondieron a todas mis preguntas con paciencia y se aseguraron de que me sintiera segura con mi cobertura.   All I can say is WOW! My auto premiums kept going up and we were in search of something better. We decided to get a quote. Almost a $300 savings from the previous company. And with their driver device, there's potential for lower premiums in the future! That's a win in my book! Its also important to have someone local to talk with if I need something. Preeti was there to answer all my questions, help set up my program and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend!

  I 100% recommend State Farm. I called them one day to get an estimate for my two vehicles because my policy was about to expire, and the agent, Brian Valdez., was very helpful in understanding the policies and finding prices that fit my budget, so I decided to make State Farm my insurer.

  First and foremost I would love to call out a Rockstar employee you have... Chelsea Trimm !! Kudos to whoever hired her. Its quite rare these days to find someone who is not only willing to help , but to GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep and retain a customer..I have had the worst of luck the last week or 2 , within 5 mins Chelsea had me laughing and carrying on like I had no cares in the world. It was very refreshing , she worked with me showing me sincere empathy and humality and I really appreciate her!! Ive been with state farm for over a decade and because of her superior cusromer service and knowledge I hopefully will be transferring to her office so i can count on having a competant and knowledable Team on my side .. Tbank tpu again Chelsea You definitely a "ROCKSTAR" in my book 😁
