  I replied to a msg on line to Brian and msg back and forth because of my schedule. He was kind and patient till I was able to make the phone call. He is an awesome agent very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, made sure I understood everything when I asked the same questions.
