  Eric is the WORST agent I have EVER DELT WITH! They’re very lazy and will not give you quotes over the phone and only through email. Most of the time he’s not even answering your calls and you have to wait for him to get back to you. They also close at 5pm and they’re not open during the weekends. So if you ever needed to add a car or make a change to your policy you can’t do it during the weekends, you will have to call during the weekday. Also, everyone in that office that works with Eric are very rude, has an attitude and disrespectful, especially Eric himself. He acts a bully and it seems like he just doesn’t care if he takes out his frustration on others. Everytime I call it seems like he hates his job. I recommend finding a different agent or finding a different insurance company. Stay away from Patrick Minnis and his staff. You will not come first in this office, and your complaints will not be taken seriously as long as Eric and his staff work for them.
