I have not seen my insurance decrease in the nearly 5 years I have been with them! My insurance has gone up every six months for almost 5 years, and I don’t know why!!and when I asked them, they said I have the best price I can get , and there is nothing they can do!!! Needless to say, I don’t believe them!!! And am actively looking for other options! As for the people who work in the call center I have no complaints with them, they are very professional and do a fantastic job!

- EEEApr 3, 20171.0Quick to charge my credit card for full 6 month policy, once it was paid numerous mistakes on policy & no one cared to follow up. Took 7 to 8 days before someone responded to my email. They said my premium went up $277 because my son got in an accident, but they were not able to provide me with proof of that, I called MVD & my son's driving record was clean. I took my business elsewhere. I only had them for 4 weeks & couldn't deal with their poor service at Surprise location in Sands!
