Since the office closed in Cottonwood and now in Camp Verde, this is the only office here in the Verde Valley that is accessible. I need a agency close enough that if I needed to talk to someone in person, I'm not driving more than 30 min to get there, as it is now, the agency that took over the one in Camp Verde, is in Prescott, I'm not willing to drive an 1 1/2. just to talk to an agent, that is ridiculous. I have emailed numerous times and still have not received the answers I needed, they are not helpful in my eyes
