- KDK DJan 7, 20261.0Sold a house, tried to call to cancel insurance. I left a message and never received a call back. Ended up having to pay another month because I never received a call back. You are not important and I would find a new company.

Once we realized the policy was still active, we discovered our insurance agent was no longer in business. I called this the Svonek Allstate Office and asked for help. Stephanie Warder kindly helped me through the process of cancelling that policy, and even got a refund for us. Stephanie and this office had nothing to gain by helping me with this problem, but they patiently and kindly helped me. An agent that provides this kind of selfless service can certainly be trusted to handle all of your insurance needs reliably and honestly with a smile on their face. Thank you Stephanie!!
