Once we realized the policy was still active, we discovered our insurance agent was no longer in business. I called this the Svonek Allstate Office and asked for help. Stephanie Warder kindly helped me through the process of cancelling that policy, and even got a refund for us. Stephanie and this office had nothing to gain by helping me with this problem, but they patiently and kindly helped me.
