  I recently moved to Phoenix from Dallas and I’ve got to say just how impressed I was by Rod at Mike Olson’s Allstate office. He made moving my policy over seamless and I appreciated being made aware of my options. He was also warm and very professional. I didn’t feel as if I was a number, but a welcome client to their agency. I highly recommend this Allstate office. Truly a top notch experience.

  I have dealt with several insurance companies and have been given the run around regarding my policies. My experience with Mike Olson has been much different, we started out a little rocky, but Mike went out of his way to make sure my concerns were addressed and he took care of it personally! The most of August was a tough month, but I'm so thankful for my Allstate policies. Flood, road assistance and windshield replacement, without spending a penny out of pocket!!! Thank you Mike 😊

  Lack of communication regarding multiple unauthorized withdrawals from my mothers account. Multiple false promises of return calls from Mike Michelle and Linda. Strongly recommend doing research and asking questions repeatedly before committing to a plan. I have contacted the BBB the board of Arizona insurance and Let Joe Know with news. I have complied bank account documents with proof of their wrong doing
