- SAsteve allred4 days ago1.0Multiple mistakes starting with pricing differences followed by withdrawing funds from the wrong account and their utter lack of concern or help to resolve the issue. I was left with only one option; to place a stop payment on the withdrawal followed by cancelling the policies due to lack of confidence in the group that was hired to protect my home. They had all day to come up with a solution and at the end of the day they had nothing to correct their mistake. All they had after the fact was apologies and refusal to cover the Stop payment fee. I completely regret wasting any time working with this agency.
- SBSamurai BearFeb 22, 20261.0I'm glad we finally switched, as they almost cost us our home. We literally had our house listed because of their homeowners policy hike. Zero claims on auto and home ever, in fact, zero claims in 28 years since we first obtained insurance of any kind. Our new broker caught the huge mistake that probably caused us to be overcharged for home policy for at least 2 years, they had our almost new roof listed as 12vyear old roof. Last year I noticed that they had our home insured for gas lines when there are none. Per our broker, they owe us a refund for the roof mistake, but after emailing them twice, we never heard back. We will contact main Allstate number to see what it can be done. If you have a policy here, triple check everything. Thanks to our broker, we were able to obtain new policies that enabled us to pull the home off the market.

- AFAngela FNov 28, 20251.0Would give 0 stars. They messed my policy up so bad that I had no idea what I was supposed to be paying. The more they tried to fix my account the more it was messed up. I canceled my policy and they are still trying to collect. Do not rely on them to fix things. I even tried calling corporate to fix my policy and it was to messed up for them to fix. By the time they tried to put my policy to the way it was originally quoted my price was way more than what I was paying. Hector and Austin nice guys but couldn't figure out how to fix my policy.
