- DDdaveclark1691Jan 29, 20261.0Being an Allstate customer for over 30 years, most people would think that loyalty to a company would mean something, but not with Allstate Insurance. Policy premiums were completely out of control. My current agent (approx 2 years) was a ghost, never spoke to anyone from that office? I did receive emails, but not one phone call. My previous Agent, (approx 20 years) called to see what he could do to help me with my policies and premiums at least twice a year. He kept my premiums as low as possible. He retired and then within 6 months my premiums started climbing on all my policies. No communication from my current agent, NOTHING!!! Would not recommend !!!
