Especially Lee Perry- what a GEM of a person to work with! Explained what I was covered for and where I was at risk and yet the quote was more coverage and better rates. Like most people, I imagine, set up insurance and then leave it but when reviewing my policy, with another carrier I had for years, I discovered those policies were less than desirable and that rep took over a week to answer an email and longer to call back. In contrast this Allstate office has great customer service and people who know insurance who look out for you not as another number BUT someone they care about! 100 stars!
