  Here are the facts about my customer service experience with Allstate. I saved over $5,000 a year on auto by switching to another company for the same if not better coverage. I contacted Allstate before switching to make sure I didn't have some type of ridiculous coverage that would cause such a high price. Allstate could not pinpoint it. There was zero explanation with detail! They basically said I had good coverage but really high pricing. I shopped three other major companies and all were $4,000 to $5,000 less per year. I trusted Allstate but feel like they took advantage of me.

  awesome service, i found Anthony Hernandez out of frustration trying to deal with Allstates super clunky automated phone system, now all i do is email Anthony's office and they handle my needs amazing fast. Thanks for everything.
