  I’ve been with Allstate for a while, and while the website itself is easy to use—especially for renewals—the overall experience has been frustrating. The rates are noticeably high, and despite trying multiple times to speak with a real person about purchasing business and professional liability insurance, I never received a call back or any meaningful response. It shouldn’t be this difficult to talk to a human being when you’re trying to give a company more business. The online tools are fine for basic tasks, but when it comes to customer service and follow‑through, there’s a lot of room for improvement.
