Kathryn LanzerotteFeb 8, 20262.0I have been a fan of State Farm since I first started driving and then I stopped ensuring with them 20 years ago so I reached out I’m being known, but I wanted to talk to a person I didn’t want to put my information into the computerJorge I guess was fine, but there was so much background noise and one person was so loud talk so loud was laughing so loud I found it very unprofessional and then you add an accent and it was very difficult to hear and I have got great hearing so that’s not the issue so right now I would like to go back to State Farm. I’ve got my ducks in a row I know exactly what I want, but I’m hesitant because I should be able to call an agent and be able to have a conversation without numerous repetitions and all that background noise that was terrible. Those people were so loud in one person in particular was really loud. Because of all the interference and frustration were to talk again, so I didn’t make a decision about switching
