  We've been with this company for over a year and ended on terrible terms. I reached out to our insurance provider, Marc, and asked if we had windshield coverage for our vehicle. He stated he "forgot" to add windshield and collison and would do so immediately. Here is where things went wrong: - I did not know my policy was ending and about to renew. So i paid $110 for this coverage even though I added it a week or so before our policy ended. Marc should have been clear about this and saved us money. - Another major red flag is that Marc saw by adding windshield coverage, it more than doubled our bill each month. I went from paying $136 to $290.52. I have NEVER seen windshield coverage this high. The fact Marc did not tell me the high cost and just "expected" me to read documents sent to my email is extremely untrustworthy. - I called him with these concerns and he did cancel the remainder of the windshield policy but could not get a refund for the first month of the renewal policy because the company "did not want to". I threw away $154 for absolutely no reason on top of the previous $110. It is sad there is almost no insurance company/person you can actually trust.

  Ken was absolutely phenomenal to work with, from getting the initial quote all the way up until our first billing summary. He emphasized with me that he prefers to maintain a sense of transparency with all of his clients and he’s definitely upheld that standard. I recently had a question about my billing statements and he put it into words that were relatable and understandable. I would recommend any of my friends and family to make the switch to Ken for any of their insurance needs.
