  We are new customers with Allstate and the transition from a competitor to Allstate was quite seamless. Thanks to Amber for being patient and ensuring that we got all the coverage for both auto and home that we needed and at a reasonable price. I would also give a mention to Doreen for her assistance in the process. I think Sonia has a great team!

  My personal experience with my Allstate Insurance agent, Sonny Wadhwa was such an amazing experience. Sonny took all of the necessary time that "I" needed to be able to understsnd the comparison between my prior long standing commitment that I 'had' with State Farm for 46+ years. Sonny in the end left me feeling as though I had stolen cotton candy from a child (!!!) ...and, he reassurted me that "YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS, WITH ALLSTATE". If you ask me, namely with my Allstate agent, "Sonny Wadhwa" in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area, in the sunny state of Arizona! Thank you Sonny for displaying your kind and gentle spirited side, while keeping it all professional at the same time. If you hadn't shown the patience that you did in answering my many upon many questions, to reassure me in the end, I might have missed out on the fabulous overall lower rates, that you were able to offer me on behalf of Allstate. Far too often, sales reps tend to rush a call through, and often leave the person on the other end feeling like they've just wasted their valuable time, all for nothing. With you, Sonny... on the other hand, I ttuly hated to end our call. I felt like I just been on the phone for hours with a lifelong friend, or a close loved one like a niece or nephew...a cousin, or even my own adult child! Thank you, Thank you, Thank "YOU" for the early birthday (in 3 weeks)/Christmas present by lowering my new rates with Allstate, from what I've been previously paying with State Farm!!! Keep smiling my gentle spirited friend through those phone lines, and keep making delighted, and feeling happy like you did with me! Happiest of "all" holidays to you, and your family. One day soon, I'll stop by your office just to say hello, and to shake your hand in person, for going that extra mile with me today. I'm sure that management must know, and value "you" for being so darn remarkable. You definitely deserve a raise, and a bonus for the superior sales presentation, the Q&A time, and for your phenominal way about "YOU", that made your efforts to making a successful closing at the end!
