I’ve got my ducks in a row I know exactly what I want, but I’m hesitant because I should be able to call an agent and be able to have a conversation without numerous repetitions and all that background noise that was terrible. Those people were so loud in one person in particular was really loud. Because of all the interference and frustration were to talk again, so I didn’t make a decision about switching
