- S4Shop 4lessDec 16, 20251.0All of the negative reviews are accurate - I just don’t understand why this place is still in business or why corporate Allstate hasn’t done anything about this as it’s a very poor representation! We had been with Allstate for several years, and our rates increased year after year. When we finally decided to shop around, we received quotes that were nearly $2,000 less—with better coverage. When we chose not to reinstate our policy, we sent multiple emails and never received a response. We eventually had to call, and the woman we spoke with confirmed that our emails had gone unanswered and acted as though this was normal and not a concern. She also stated that James is the owner so there was nothing basically she can do or no one else to share feedback with. Prior to this, whenever we spoke with James directly, he was consistently rude and dismissive, making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced, and it is not a business I would recommend to anyone.

Needed help with quote but when given price i opted out of it as it was high and he acted like i had to take it as he was putting work in it, well that is his job plus he did not want to go over my policies to see if i could get better rate. After more then 20 + years i requested to have another agent re assigned .

I’ve been with this exact agency for over 20 years and never had issues until the prior owner sold the agency to James. He has poor etiquette when handling phone calls. I have filed a complaint with Allstate Corporate Office due to his exceptionally poor customer service.
