C.K. has been my agent for a little over 2 years now for home & auto. He has been awesome to work with, always quick to respond to questions, getting my paperwork to my landlord when I needed it, setting me up an appt for my cracked windshield & walking me through the discounts & such that I qualified for. He saved me a lot of money over what Progressive was charging me! Happy to stick with C.K. & Allstate!

I switched to Allstate recently with considerable savings compared to the Gecko. I enjoyed talking to Heather’s staff to verify I was getting correct coverages and to fully understand their Drivewise auto policies. I suggested to family members to compare to Allstate and they switched too.

Very bad experience. Salesperson are misleading people and confused customers. They consider their sales volume instead of customers best interest. No code of ethics no Any customer care and due diligence. Not professional and responsible and only for sales!!!!!!!!!!

I just told a friend about Heather Everette Allstate While I was at the dog park. The only reason I came online was to get the address and website to send them (after over 15 years with Heather, I have the number memorized). It has never occurred to me to write a review until I saw some of the bad ones on here! I get it if you had a bad experience; it happens, but some of these just sound juvenile. Sorry. To give a hard-working office a black eye over “someone was mean to me on the phone”... well, that I don’t get. Anyway, I just said to my friend that over the more than 15 years of having two homes (one’s a rental) and several cars over those years, there have been many times that I’ve seen something in a Progressive Ad or the like and have wondered if we were getting the best value for the coverage. I send Heather an email, reference the feature or discount in question, and within hours I get a reply highlighting the features of our current coverage or why the ad sounds good but “here’s the catch”. Heather has never let us down. Ever. We’ve been with her longer than most of the staff. Has she had some with less than stellar phone manner? Sure. But it’s like if I needed a brain surgeon: if they can do the job better than anyone else, I’m not going to whine about their bedside manner.

I have been with Allstate for 27 that's right 27 years! When I called to make a payment they suggested I had missed a month somehow. After paying almost $1000 to pay ahead a month as well I was told to call the next day to ensure my insurance was active. Now let me say, this made no sense since less than one week ago I used my insurance to tow my vehicle home after driving and hearing a strange noise... with no problems. I never received a single late notice or any correspondence from Allstate suggesting I had missed a payment. When I called the next day I was told that they could not tell me if my vehicles were insured when I asked why.. They said "I should have called earlier because the department who could tell me had closed." Why was I never told this information the day before? 48 hours later I still cannot be told if my insurance is valid after calling the 1-800 number as well as the office. I have never heard of an insurance company not being able to verify insurance immediately. Heather Everette my agent will not even communicate with me I am always being told she is either in a meeting or not in the office. Why are you avoiding me? Why can no one give me answers nor give me back my money which I requested since I have no idea if my vehicles are insured. Your company was also kind enough to suggest other insurance companies I should consider. Allstate please someone tell me some useful information. I either want a refund or to be told my insurance is valid. I can promise you one thing you have lost a life long client and I will tell everyone I know to never ever use your company. My agent Heather's response: 5:48pm Allstate Insurance: Heather Everette I am not avoiding you. I am in the hospital with my father who had surgery this week. I am not in a position to look at someone's policy, but I understand my staff have done everything they could including offering to bind another policy with payment. In Arizona, we can't simply non-renew clients. When a client makes a late payment an underwriter (who we don't have access to) has to review the policy. It can take several days for them to reinstate. I'm sorry you made your payment late, but the payments were 2 months behind. Unless we made a mistake and didn't correct and address or we made a mistake...I don't have ground to circumvent the underwriter. Again, I am sorry I haven't called, but I am with my father and your posts are inaccurate. Jeff took the policy number home, so he could check throughout the weekend to let you know if it was reinstated. He left a voicemail for you this afternoon. In response to recommending another company...that was not what he meant. When Matthew said he wanted the policy cancelled Jeff encouraged him to get other insurance first to make sure you were protected and the rates weren't higher than what you would be paying in the very likely event that your policy will be reinstated. Again, I am happy to follow up with you next week once I return to the office. In the meantime, please stop making inaccurate comments on Facebook because out of respect for you and your privacy...I won't comment back and I also don't feel that everyone needs to know my personal business. My response since she blocked me before I could reply: Your personal business is none of my concern either so I'm not sure why you are telling me. My posts are in NO way inaccurate and the fact that no one from your office can contact me is ridiculous. I cannot believe that if we were behind I would get no letter email or phone call telling me so. And I can also sense your attitude in this message and it is unappreciated. Know that had any information been properly explained by your office this all could have been avoided. I cannot wait for you to "follow up with me next week" Do you drive around not know if your vehicle is insured? Is that a risk you are suggesting I take? Out of respect for me your client of 27 years which obviously means nothing to you, stop suggesting what I am saying is inaccurate because it took those posts to even get a response from you!
