  I told them it do not wish to renew it just want to pay my last month and go my own way. Next thing you know t the payment they told me to make included the renewal. Now I have to pay for new coverage and wait for allstate or the nogales agent; for them to determine how Much they owe me back. They say the prices go up do to law changes.... no they go up Because you guys in nogales want a raise and the customer pays for it.

  If I could give him 0 stars I would. It’s been months since my elderly uncles had an issue with their roof and he still has not responded

  do not do business with this person. He does not see claims through successfully and will literally HIDE. His secretary will cover for him. He also takes advantage of the elderly community. if anyone has any questions in regards to our story please reach out to me on social media as there is a video detailing the horrendous treatment of my elderly parents.

  My family members have experienced awful service by this business. They are senior citizens and have been customers for over 10 years, a few months ago their roof caved in and they have been ignored and dismissed every time they inquire about their claim. Not only that, all the employees including the owner have been incredibly rude to them and they have even said they are irrelevant. Awful business. Please save yourself the money and the headache and find a better insurance. I want to give them 0 starts but unfortunately I’m forced to give them 1.
