- LLLynnJan 7, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. We received a flyer in the mail w a Pic and our address on, wo our permission ,w a reasonable quote of 484 upon calling we we're quoted over 3000. Over 4x more than any other quote. This is ridiculous and absurd. Bait and switch and false advertising. I will be contacting the BBB. AND. YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO SEND FLYERS W OUR ADDRESS AND HOME PIC ON! EVER AGAIN!! U SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

I even got a letter from our local fire department saying I had complied with their demands. Then after it all, they wanted to triple my previous amount I was paying to reinsure the home. Been with Allstate for more than 40 years and they treat me like that. I have less chance of a fire than people back east with floods, tornadoes or hurricanes. Not happy anymore with Allstate and still looking for another company to go with

My questions are always answered in a timely manner the longest after a text message is sent has been an hour tips 😱 that's unheard of. Cristian has been with me every step of the way since I started my policy with them!! Thank you all so much- oh yeah also the BEST rate I've ever had!
