Do you like attentiveness? Do you like people who don’t leave you hanging? Do you want someone who makes you feel like they drop everything they’re doing just to get done what you need? If you do, ask for Tina!! Every email, every call and every question gets taken care of with a sense of urgency. It’s almost like the old days, where customer service matters and they actually want your business. With Tina, I never feel like I’m just a number, I feel like she cares about my business and wants it to succeed.

I am writing to express my concern about a recent interaction with Molly Kissel. When I asked to be connected to a specific employee I prefer to work with at other State Farm agency, Molly responded by saying, “All my employees are experienced, and you don’t have to speak to a specific employee.”
While I understand that your staff may be qualified, I believe customers should be allowed to work with the representative they are most comfortable with. The response felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from State Farm.
