  Refused to refund after I cancelled my insurance. Doest return email or phone calls. This insurance is a complete scam. Go somewhere else.

  Do switch to them no matter what they say as they are no help when actually needed. I was with my other company for years and never had issues now since moving to Allstate it’s nothing but issues from the start and it’s always “I will get back to you” but no one ever does

  I’ve had Allstate since I was 18 and loved them until my regular agent retired and I was assigned to Kyle. I had an unexpected death in the family over a year ago and had to insure a vehicle to make sure it was kept safe and protected. Allstate was happy to take my money but getting it back was incredibly difficult when I wanted to cancel the policy. Kyle and his staff also offered zero empathy. Eventually my money was returned after I involved other family members but it should not be that difficult. I immediately switched to State Farm after everything was handled and they have been treating me fantastic almost $30 cheaper to.

  My experience with AllState has been nothing but great but I mean great! The agents are so polite and kind and they take the time to listen to me. Thats what makes them the best. And even when I had to submit a claim they also were so kind and took care of my needs of what happened. I would not change insurance for nothing because of how respectful this agency is. Thank you Guys you’re the best!

  Can’t say enough good things about Kyle and his staff. We’ve had our home, auto and (previously before we sold it) off road vehicle with their agency and always a quick phone call away when we needed something! Another example, just bought a new car- took less than 5 minutes to switch up the policy and I was on my way. I can’t stress enough in a world like today when everything is done “through the system”, when someone picks up the phone and helps- it goes a long way. Thank you Kyle Couch and team!
