- MZMichael ZFeb 10, 20265.0Jami and her team are the best - I highly recommend them! I have home and auto insurance with them, and I was required by Allstate to make my yard and home fire-safe after the area I live in was deemed a fire-prone area. Jami was such a blessing - she is very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Everything went smooth because Jami was on my side and did everything she could to make the entire process easier for me, helping me meet the deadline. Thank you so much, Jami and team!
- JFJessica FowlerFeb 14, 20241.0This company is a joke. I have been trying to remove a vehicle I no longer have for the last few days but the app wasn’t allowing me to. It FINALLY let me once I was able to get access to a computer and do it on the website but they are still trying to charge me for a full month of insurance for a vehicle I NO LONGER OWN! And refuse to help fix this! Literally the day it finally let me remove the vehicle is the day the policy renewed.
