  I had the pleasure of working with Erika. She is a gem - she completely understood the assignment of helping me to find the most cost efficient auto insurance for my new teen driver.   I’ve recently switched over insurance and honestly had the best customer experience. My agent Chase at Connor Grace Allstate was amazing in helping me choose the right coverage. He took time to explain coverage to me, did not over sell, and made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to prior to pushing me to sign up for any insurance with them. In the end I felt safe and confident with my coverage AND saved a lot of money from the previous company I was with. Since then I’ve even received follow up phone calls from Chase to make sure I called my mortgage company to have them do a reanalysis of my escrow to ensure that my monthly mortgage payments went down. Superb service! I’m hoping the rates and the customer service maintain this high quality I’ve experienced as I stay here with Allstate. Thank you! Emily

  I recently switched over to Allstate not only did they have better rates for me, but they also provided me excellent customer service and transparency. I was working with Erika Smith and she was professional and very communicative with me so I knew what to expect from beginning to end with no surprises on my payments and first payment that was coming out, she did an excellent job I highly recommend her to everyone and I recommend Allstate for anyone looking for the best rates in Arizona for any type of policy’s that your shopping around for!
