I was surprised when talking with the manager, asking for an additional discount before we made our decision to change companies. Although his answers were precise, he seemed bothered I asked that question. Standing next to Tracy and "Jake", arms crossed, I lost the friendly feeling I had with Tracy. State Farm is a very good company, very good pricing and yes, we did switch our home and auto from Progressive.
