The agent didn’t repo)rt it to the company and they continued charging me for it. Mile wise was not turned off several times when I called and asked for it. New people didn’t know what they were doing. Brandon at that office is only one worth talking to.

My husband and I went from being made to feel as though we were Angie's only customers to Foster's "we should be grateful she even helps us because they process life insurance payments for free!" A combination of incorrect posts and disrespectful attitudes caused us to "run" to a new agent.
