- LLLaToshaJul 24, 20251.0I called the office of Raechell Ortiz today to cancel my policy, and just like every other time I've tried to reach them, no one answered. This has been a consistent issue with calls go unanswered, and messages are ignored. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating when you can’t get support or even a basic response from your insurance agent’s office. Id strongly suggest looking elsewhere for insurance if communication is key, and unfortunately, this office has failed at that time and again.
