She always responds back in a timely manner, over explains because I’m younger and don’t understand the ins and outs of it. I also bug her a lot but she never complains or is annoyed like some other. I’m truly grateful to have her as my insurance carrier. Kelly has made me feel at ease and makes sure I get all the possible discounts I qualify for. I have the tracker for my car, who really loves those. The one downfall is me having to manually put I wasn’t driving or a passenger but I’m glad I’m able to make that option as well. If you’re looking for new insurance, look no more. Kelly is your person and you need to make the switch. It will be your best decision, I promise. Thank you so much Kelly!
