- DLDiana LopezFeb 23, 20261.0I never went in person to this location but Allstate cancelled my policy effective 2/10/26 without giving me any written notice (I just got a letter today regarding my cancellation notice 2/23/26) due to a ‘nonpayment’. Unfortunately, on my end it showed it went through on 1/15/26. On 2/15 I checked to see if my February payment went through and noticed my policy had been canceled with fees. I called Allstate and they weren’t able to reinstate it at my previous rate and were now charging me almost 2x of what I was paying. If I hadn’t checked my app on the due date of my payment, I wouldn’t have noticed I was driving around with no insurance. I trusted for at least a notice if they were going to cancel but received it 13 days after my policy had been canceled. Thankfully I found another insurance but I will not be returning to Allstate and do not recommend to anyone to avoid this issue.
